Hello all. I wanted to give you an update. I’m going to be in a really rad art show that is happening during Art-a-whirl this year.<\/p>\n

Here’s the poster. The feet were drawn by Jessica Seamans of Landland<\/a>…who also has a print in the show.<\/p>\n

Art-A-Whirl Weekend!<\/p>\n

Location: Casket Arts Carriage House, 1720 Madison St NE #203, Minneapolis
\nHours: Fri 8-11pm, Sat noon-6pm, Sun noon-5pm<\/p>\n

Opening Party 8-11pm Friday May 14th<\/p>\n

This is not your grandmother\u2019s wallpaper. Studio mates Nick Howard, Anna Tsantir and Vincent Murray invited 30 local artists to create prints, drawings and multimedia two dimensional works that will be combined to cover a 22\u2019x10\u2019 studio wall floor to ceiling. Each artist created at least five works no larger than 10\u201dx15\u201d that together will loosely mimic the repetition of a wallpaper pattern. So “flock” over to the Carriage House this art a whirl weekend, and see what they’ve come up with.<\/p>\n
